In individual therapy, you and your counselor will work together to identify current issues and goals for counseling. Your therapist will help you explore what helped create these problems, and what factors may be maintaining them. They will also ask you questions and make observations in order to help you make changes that will move you closer to your goals.

What works for one person may not fit for another, so we believe that we can’t take a “one size fits all” approach to mental health. Your counselor will use their knowledge of useful interventions combined with their understanding of your needs and strengths to identify what might be most helpful to you.
