I’m so glad you’re here.
If this is your very first time dipping your toe in the therapy pool, welcome. And if you are already well acquainted with the therapeutic process, welcome back!
Whether you are sick and tired of your eating disorder or terrified of letting it go, we can work with that.
If you are keenly aware of how past trauma is shaping your present experience, or if you aren’t sure if you can even really call your trauma trauma, this is a safe space to figure that out.
If you feel like hormone imbalances are robbing you of your identity, you don’t have to navigate that alone.
You’re here, now, for a reason. Perhaps this is the moment you honor the part of yourself who knows you are deserving of support; who is no longer OK with the status quo. When you’re ready, I’m here.

Therapy is a collaborative process. If you are new or returning to therapy, we will work together to meet your needs where you are at right now.
If you are struggling with unhelpful thinking patterns or perfectionism, we can challenge those thought processes together.
If you or your child are finding it difficult to identify and regulate emotions, you don’t have to undertake it alone.
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or even stress management or not sure how to manage these symptoms, we can address it together.
If you are struggling with unhelpful coping skills such as porn addiction, this is a safe and non-judgemental space to learn new ways of coping with stressors/triggers.
It would be a privilege to be a small piece of your story. Reach out when you’re ready.
