The way we respond to, cope with, or face our challenges can either build us up or tear us down.

We each have a unique story of obstacles and life changes that can be difficult and discouraging to navigate alone. Together, we can identify stressors, build confidence, reduce presenting symptoms, and create a plan of action that works best for you, your child, and your family. Thus, each client’s counseling journey should be personal to reflect their story.

I believe all people have an excellent capacity to achieve their counseling goals. As we collaborate together to create these goals, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for all clients to heal. In a warm, genuine, inviting environment, we will develop a solid therapeutic relationship through trust, communication, and unconditional positive regard. Even though I may be a small part of my client’s stories, I want to empower them with tools to use for the rest of their lives.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Texas. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from LeTourneau University in 2019. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LeTourneau University. My clinical experience includes working with ages across the lifespan of children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who struggle with various presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, perfectionism, behavioral concerns, porn/internet addictions, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.

My goal is to provide evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Trauma-Focused CognitiveBehavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Play Therapy to help the client reach their goal and reduce their presenting symptoms. I am currently in the process of completing the requirements for EMDR Basic training. It would be a privilege to participate in a small piece of your story.
