Helping women reduce their stress and improve their self-image
Therapy that Helps You Feel Like You Again
Picture a woman who seems to have it all together. She shows up at work, meets deadlines, takes care of everyone else, and keeps going even when she’s exhausted. But underneath the polished surface, she feels overwhelmed by anxiety, exhausted by hormone changes, worn down by old trauma, and stuck in an exhausting cycle of worrying about her body, her worth, and whether she’s doing enough. She notices she’s more irritable, more stressed, more disconnected from herself. And one day she realizes that trying to “push through” isn’t working anymore. She wants support. She wants relief. She wants to feel like herself again.
If you see yourself in her story-even just pieces of it-you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep carrying this by yourself. This is where I come in. I help women untangle the anxiety, self-doubt, and old wounds that keep them stuck, so they can feel grounded, confident, and connected to who they truly are. Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and finally focus on you-your healing, your clarity, your sense of wholeness. Together, we can start creating a life that feels calmer, lighter, and more authentic.

Hi, I’m Kelley.
I believe that just about everyone can benefit from counseling at some point in their life. If you’ve found yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, this may be the right time to seek support.
Or perhaps life is going well, but you’ve discovered that regular therapy sessions help you maintain your personal growth and emotional balance. Similar to getting routine maintenance for your car - regualar counseling can be part of your wellness routine.
Whether you’re ready to tackle significant life changes or simply want to safeguard the progress you’ve already made, I can guide you.
Finding your healthy starts with cultivating a trusting and compassionate relationship with yourself. In therapy, I don’t tell you how you “should” live your life. Instead, I provide the expertise and support to help you connect with your inner wisdom, navigate life’s challenges, and make meaningful, lasting change.
A Safe, Affirming Space
I am committed to creating a space where people of all genders, races, sexual orientations, body sizes, cultures, abilities, and religious or spiritual backgrounds feel seen, respected, and supported. Your story, your identity, and your lived experiences matter. This is a place where you can show up exactly as you are and know you belong.
